1. General Information

Resolute K-9 LLC provides dog training services, group classes, private lessons, board & train programs, educational content, and related offerings. These Terms apply to all website visitors, clients, and anyone who uses or accesses our services.

2. Use of the Website

By using this site, you agree to:

  • Not attempt to harm, disrupt, or misuse the site

3. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

3.1 Deposits & Payments

Some services may require a deposit to hold your spot. Deposits are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

Full payment may be required before or on the first day of service.

3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens; however:

  • Missed classes are not refundable

  • Group classes cannot be rescheduled individually

  • Private lessons may be rescheduled with 24 hour notice

Board & Train programs have limited availability; cancellations may result in loss of deposit or partial refund depending on notice given.

4. Client Responsibilities

By participating in services, you agree that:

  • You are the legal owner or authorized handler of the dog

  • Your dog is current on all required vaccinations

  • You will follow safety guidelines provided by Resolute K-9 LLC

  • You are responsible for your dog’s behavior and actions during training

You acknowledge that training results vary depending on the dog, environment, and consistency. No trainer can guarantee specific results or behavior outcomes.

5. Behavior & Safety

Resolute K-9 LLC reserves the right to remove any dog or person from a program if they pose a safety risk or have undisclosed behavioral issues (such as aggression). In these cases, refunds are at the discretion of the business owner.

6. Board & Train Policies

By enrolling in a Board & Train program, you agree that:

  • Your dog will reside in a trainer’s home during the program

  • You will complete follow-up lessons after pick-up

  • You understand that slight variations in schedule, routine, or daily activity may occur depending on the dog’s needs

You also acknowledge the inherent risks of boarding and training, including stress, minor injuries, and illness, although every reasonable precaution is taken.

7. Limitation of Liability

Resolute K-9 LLC is not liable for:

  • Injuries to dogs caused by pre-existing conditions

  • Injuries resulting from client negligence

  • Damages caused by the dog to property or persons

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to hold Resolute K-9 LLC harmless against claims arising from participation in training.

Our website may contain links to third-party resources. We do not control or endorse these websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this site. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
