Refund Policy

At Resolute K-9 LLC, we strive to provide high-quality training and excellent customer service. Because our programs require scheduling, preparation, and limited availability, the following refund policies apply:

1. Group Classes (Star Puppy, Basic Obedience, Advanced Drop-In)

Refunds Before Class Begins

  • Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date, minus any processing fees.

  • Within 7 days of class starting, refunds are not available, but you may request to transfer to a later class if space allows.

Refunds After Class Begins

  • Once the first class has started, no refunds are issued.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be made up, unless otherwise stated by your trainer.

2. Private Lessons (In-Home or Public Meet-Up)

Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • Lessons canceled 24 hours or more before the appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid private lesson packages are available only if no lessons have been used.

  • Once a lesson has taken place, no refunds will be issued.

. Board & Train Programs (3-Week and 6-Week)

Board & Train spots are limited and reserved months in advance. For this reason:

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 21+ days before the program start date may receive a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 21 days of the start date are non-refundable.

Early Pickups

  • If a dog is picked up early by the owner, for any reason, the remaining training time is not refundable.

4. CGC Testing

  • CGC tests purchased for the monthly event are non-refundable.

  • For CGCA or CGCU tests (scheduled individually), cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

5. Trainer-Initiated Cancellations

If Resolute K-9 LLC must cancel a class, lesson, or test for any reason:

  • You may receive a full refund, OR

  • You may transfer your payment to another date or service.

. No Guarantees of Results

Dog training depends on consistency, environment, genetics, and owner participation. For this reason, no specific results can be guaranteed, and refunds are not issued based on perceived progress or behavioral outcomes.
