CGC test

Service Description

The AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Test is offered once a month at Resolute K-9 for owners ready to showcase their dog’s manners, training, and teamwork. This nationally recognized certification from the American Kennel Club is designed to reward dogs who demonstrate good behavior at home and in the community. During the test, your dog will complete a series of exercises that evaluate obedience, confidence, and composure including polite greetings, loose-leash walking, reliable recalls, and calm behavior around people and other dogs. The CGC is an excellent goal for graduates of our training programs and a proud milestone for any well-trained companion. Passing dogs will earn their official AKC Canine Good Citizen title and certificate.
